What I love about this photo is that Mirren, the “Older Woman,” who’s supposed to look over the hill and haggard, looks much, much better than the “Younger Woman,” who is supposed to be the hotter of the two.

Helen Mirren looks great in that dress. Oh my gosh, she was so good on Elizabeth I, the HBO film.

i’m with “enc”… mirren looks confident, radiant and well-fed. connolly looks like the unwrapped king tut — gaunt, sunken cheeked and rather out of it. helen mirren is what i aspire to look like. connolly used to be rather lovely…
