Only Courtney Love would make a red carpet dress out of a shredded garbage bag.
But I actually like the Cinderella prom dress in the bottom row, second from left. Miley Cyrus would look cute in it. And the luscious Zsa Zsa Gabor-style nightgown in bottom right corner. Great for spy/cheerleader fantasy games.

Top right is Courtney Love and 2nd from the left on the bottom is Halle Berry. I think that 3rd from left on the bottom is Hilary Swank.
Whomever is on the top left should be banned forever.
