No need to be alarmed people, it’s ok for her to be looking like that, she’s just wearing Chanel. That’s right, it’s Chanel – bringing the lofty aesthetic experience of high fashion down to the ignorant, unwashed street masses. Please note they’ll soon be hauling her off by the dress chains to another street corner so when you’re done gawking, don’t forget to toss some loose change into that upturned beret on the ground.

I hate that it’s Chanel but I don’t totally hate the outfit. Lose the bondage chains. I lurve the red touches and the slighty punkish/goth look. Shoes don’t work for me. i think it’s the color.
