They use to be able to lock really crazy people in asylums for extended periods of time without their permission. Hey Papa Winehouse, committal papers (hint, hint). I bet every news agency in the world already has her obit written with cause of death and just need to fill in the dates. That or she’ll be the female Keith Richards and out live everyone.
