For the first time I find my eyes being drawn to what’s above the neck. My, what big….choppers you have there, Pam.  Have they always been like this or has an overzealous dentist only recently joined your trusted retinue of surgeons?

    I think her lips are so stuffed with implants that they are starting to draw back, thereby exposing her teeth more. She is looking scary.
