There’s only one problem with Bette Midler’s outfit:
Are we entirely sure this is a costume? The Divine Miss M is, of course, a creature of such preternatural glamour that this is probably just something she threw on to pick up the newspaper.
Annie Leibovitz, on the other hand,
went as the Ghost of Homeless Halloweens Future.
