I can’t tell if that’s a scarf or a pearl-encrusted Amish horse yoke, but she makes it work. Heck, she probably wears it to the grocery store, and gets the bag boy to carry all her stuff out to her car (Amish cart? Flying carpet?) without needing to tip. I suggest she match that outfit with these equally crazy-beautiful shoes by Nicholas Kirkwood, and inspired by Alice in Wonderland.
