Katie Holmes, Marathon Woman

In her bid to get fit and shed loads of sweat, Katie Holmes eschewed the Purification Rundown for the more unconventional method of running the New York City Marathon sans sports bra:

The actress completed the marathon with a final time of five hours, 29 minutes and 58 seconds. Looking as fresh as she did when she started the marathon, superfit Holmes was overheard giggling, “Here I am baby, signed, sealed, delivered, I’m yours,” as she ran into her husband’s arms at the finish line.

As you would expect, Tom Cruise was a cheering, sunglass & baby-toting, omnipresent being throughout the race.  And if People Magazine is anything to go by, he was also not above insisting on some conjugal affection while Katie was still in the midst of it:

She got a quick, wet one from husband Tom Cruise as she entered the final stretch to the finish line in Central Park.
